First Panel: "Experiences in Organized Volunteering and Spontaneous Volunteering"
Xavier Castellanos.
With more than 30 years of experience in National Societies development, resilience-building and humanitarian operations globally, has excelled in his service to the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement.
Bernardo Castro. Colonel of the Chilean Army, Bachelor of Military Sciences, Master in Strategic Planning and Management. National focal point of the Sphere Manual, Academic Director of the Diploma in Disaster Risk Management New Institutionality and author of the book "A Story Without End: International DRM with a Focus on Chile"/2023.
María Navas Zorrilla. Graduate in Psychology, Coordinator of humanitarian projects of the Council of Churches of Cuba, Moderator of the Community of Practice for Disaster Risk Reduction of ACT Alliance in Latin America and the Caribbean, Expert in DRM and work with communities, Director of the Community of Practice of GRD Region of Latin America and the Caribbean.
Juan Salazar. ​Graduated in Theology, with studies in Social Sciences from the Academia de Humanismo Cristiano University, Santiago de Chile and specialist in Human Rights, Global Risk Management and Public Policies for Disaster Prevention in Latin America, Central and the Caribbean.

Psychologist, master in emergency management, expert in humanitarian standards, resident in Sweden and has extensive international experience in managing humanitarian projects and strengthening organizations in the face of disaster risk.

Iván Rodes. ​Expert in Disaster Management, with 3 decades of service in the Spanish Fire Department. In addition, he is a specialist in Philosophy of the East and West and an Instructor in topics of his specialty in several educational institutions in Spain and other countries (International Volunteer Coordinator of OINA-Spain). 

Fabiola Barrenechea. ​PUC geographer. Currently leader of the Disaster Risk Group of the Geography Commission of the Pan American Institute of Geography and History of the OAS. Expert in Disaster Risk Management.
.Rodrigo Cárcamo.   Risk Prevention, Quality and Environment Engineer, with extensive experience in Disaster Risk Management, from national and international networks. CERT course instructor, and Incident Command, Search and Rescue K – SAR.
