New Acropolis Chile stands out for its focus on prevention and the training of trained volunteers. Our mission is based on the sustained and selfless work of its members, who provide high quality in everything they do and in their long-term planning.

Disaster risks are increasing exponentially around the world. Educating the population about disaster risks and training them to respond effectively are essential. New Acropolis Chile invites the population to participate in its prevention and education programs to contribute to the construction of a safer and more resilient world.

Based on ethical, strategic, tactical and technical knowledge that will help strengthen and resilience of civil society to better face emergencies, natural or other disasters. This will undoubtedly help save lives and mitigate disaster risk.

• Sendai Framework and national regulations (SENAPRED - Chile)

• Risk cycle and management

• Humanitarian Charter and Sphere Project

• 4 minimum standards in humanitarian aid

TACTICAL MODULE

• Security and secure access

• Emergency Operations Committee and Incident Command

• Alerts and activation protocols

• Teamwork – exercises

• Effective communications – exercises

TECHNICAL MODULE

• Damage and needs assessment (EDAN)

• Basic life support, ABCs of trauma and CPR, transfer of victims

• Psychological first aid (PAP)

• Action in emergencies

• Emergency kit

• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

GROUP DYNAMICS, EXERCISES
